Human Resources Superintendent
As an experienced HR Superintendent with a solid background in mining and especially recruitment and selection you are seeking your next challenge. You are seeking a role that offers variety and challenges and a role where you can make your mark.
As the company ramps up toward commissioning and operation you will be a busy person recruiting the owner’s team and then the operations workforce of almost 150 personnel. There will be a community liaison component to the role.
Based on the Mount Morgan Mine site and reporting to the General Manager you will be expected to help to build an efficient and well-motivated workforce targeting the local population. Your role will include onboarding and ensuring that the processes are in place to ensure new team members can hit the ground running.
You will need to be based in the Mount Morgan/Rockhampton region. This is not a FIFO role, but the company can assist with relocation.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Essential requirements
Degree in Human Resources.
Current Queensland Driving License (C class).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mining.
Full rights to live and work in Australia.
Strong communication skills.
